When the sensor of the drum distribution line detects that there is a drum, the work procedure will be automatically started, and the whole pile of drums will be automatically sent to the drum distribution place, and the drum distribution manipulator will automatically and orderly divide the drums and output to the filling line. When the system detects that there is accumulation anywhere in the whole line, the bucket division work will be automatically suspended, and the bucket will automatically start automatic operation when the whole line is smooth. The normal operation staff only needs to add the superimposed bucket on the drum line.

 

Laser coding machine

Automatic filling

When the drum is transferred to the drum line of the automatic filling machine and the sensor detects the presence of the drum,it will Automatically move the empty drum horizontally to the filling station (during the empty drum moving, the system automatically detects whether the filling station meets the conditions for supplying drums). When the detection device detects the empty drum, it will automatically locate the empty drum, and the filling nozzle will automatically open the fast and slow feeding valve until the corresponding valve is automatically closed at the specified target amount. When the filling station is finished, the drum is automatically moved to the drum line. When the heavy drum is moved, the empty drum is also synchronously supplied to the filling station. As long as there are barrels and materials; It keeps doing the same thing until the back channel is blocked.

The system detects that there is a bucket and the end position is extended in place, and the flower basket capping clamp quickly drops into place and floats on the barrel lid. At this time, the capping cylinder acts to tighten the capping device through the lever. When the lid is firmly sealed on the barrel, the flower basket capping pliers quickly rise into place, the front and back end positioning automatically drops into place, the covered bucket is automatically output to the palletizing area, and the covered bucket is automatically followed to the capping station.

 

Pallet automatic feeder

Pallet automatic supply machine, or automatic pallet filler is composed of pallet library (pallet library can hold 15 pallets), pallet automatic separation device, pallet automatic conveying line, etc

Before starting, the operator will arrange the pallets into the pallets library in an orderly manner. During automatic operation, when the sensor detects that there are pallets and pallets are allowed to be supplied at the pallets, the crank arm of the automatic pallet separation device will lift a height to reach the position and automatically insert a pallet on the pallets to be output. When inserted into the position, the separation device will automatically lift another height, so that there is only one pallet on the conveyor line and automatically lift the pallet to reach the position. The conveyor line automatically starts to deliver the separated pallet to the designated position of the system. When the sent pallet completely leaves the pallet library, it is automatically lifted and lowered into place (reset), and the crank arm of the automatic separation device is reset, so that the remaining pallet begins to wait for the next supply pallet signal of the system to repeat the action to perform the separation supply. When there are only two empty pallets left and it is too late to replenish, an alarm will be issued requiring the replenishment of pallets until the automatic stop.

 

Automatic robot palletizer

Palletizing robot adopts Yaskawa GP180 robot; 6 axes, operating radius 2.7 meters, effective load 180kg; Multi-functional industrial robots for handling, assembly, palletizing and spraying.

Mechanical gripper (a group of four barrels) is a claw gripper. It has the characteristics of grasping stability, grasping the surface of the barrel cover, running with liquid barrels without shaking, without hurting the barrel, etc., to ensure that the pile type is more stable, smooth, efficient and fast.

The automatic palletizing machine is composed of palletizing robot, automatic pallet loading, pallet conveying line, etc. When the covered bucket is transported to the palletizing unit, when the palletizing end positioning extension sensor detects that there is a bucket, the palletizing manipulator automatically reaches out to grasp the bucket and then palletizing to the pallet that automatically runs to the palletizing station in advance (the palletizing form is 4×4×3, the palletizing form can be changed according to the program) until a pallet palletizing is completed. Then the pallets are automatically output to the winding film station for wrapping film. At the same time of finished product output, empty pallets are automatically supplied in place to wait for the next batch of palletises.

 

Gantry winding film machine

l Packing efficiency 30-50 /h, automatic film feeding, pre-stretching film frame, pre-stretching up to 250%, sealing film lifting speed can be regulated by frequency conversion. Automatic induction top height can adapt to different height sealing film.

l The platform can bear 2000kg, and the winding speed is adjustable from 0 to 15rpm by frequency conversion. After the film is finished, the output is automatically output, and two heavy pallet buffer output stations are reserved.
