Working principle of FDB Butterfly mixer
FDB butterfly mixer, the main mixing parts are three butterfly blades, because of the large size of the paddle, so for the medium and high viscosity and solid content of the material has a very good mixing effect. The machine can be equipped with vacuum configuration to improve the mixing quality and reduce the generation of air bubbles. The mixing impeller is driven by the power unit to rotate in a fixed direction, so that the material rotates in the axial and radial directions; at the same time, the material in the tank makes axial and circumferential movements. Therefore, the materials can be properly mixed and stirred with high efficiency. Hydraulic lift is driven by hydraulic pump to move the hydraulic piston up and down, so that the driving mechanism and working head can be lifted up and down.
Machine Features
- Hydraulic lifting and lowering. Rise and fall of the mixer is controlled by control valve, the operation panel is mounted on the machine, easy to operate, high stability
- The mixing paddles are connected with the shaft by bolts or flanges. It is very convenient to disassemble or replace and easy to clean.
- Stirring paddles can be customized
- Different fixing forms (belt clamps, hand crank clamps) can be selected to fix the agitation tank to prevent possible accidents due to tank displacement.
- According to the requirement of output and space requirement, it can be floor type or platform type. The working mode of the tank can be mobile or fixed.

- Pneumatically lifted tank cover (only applicable to dispersers equipped with a tank cover): the cylinder rod is connected to the cylinder cover. The cylinder rod is connected to the cylinder head, which can be closed or opened by the movement of the cylinder rod.
