Lab scale horizontal sand mill

Laboratory Horizontal Sand Mill is a kind of wet grinding equipment which can be produced continuously. The diaphragm pump sucks the material into the grinding chamber, and when the spindle is running, the rods and spikes collide and shear with the grinding media and material in the chamber, thus getting a smaller particle size distribution.

Automatic barrel filling line is composed of automatic barrel feeding machine, automatic labeling machine, automatic filling machine, automatic capping machine, pallet automatic feeding machine, automatic palletizing machine, automatic winding film machine and control system.

Butterfly Mixer FDB1000

The FDB Butterfly Mixer is a highly efficient mixing machine. The main mixing components are three butterfly-shaped paddles which, due to their large size, provide excellent mixing results for materials with medium to high viscosity and solids content. The machine can be equipped with vacuum configuration to improve the mixing quality and reduce the generation of air bubbles. Widely used for dispersion and mixing in liquid-solid state. It is suitable for the production of medium and high viscosity materials. Such as putty, printing ink, PU potting material, silicone products and so on.

Bag filter FBE50

FBE series bag filter has novel structure, small size, easy operation, energy saving, high efficiency, sealed operation and strong adaptability. Widely used in chemical, coating, ink, food and many other industrial field. This model is equipped with the single filter and the double filter, and is combined with a transfer pump unit mounted on a mobile trolley. Two mobile filters can be used for different materials: carbon steel and stainless steel.

TWIN SHAFT MIXER FDT1000

FDT Model twin shaft mixer also called double shaft mixer, it is kind of concentric two shaft agitator. It is a upgrade mixer for the product viscosity can’t handle by high speed dispersing machine. Twin shaft mixers are ideal for industries that require large volumes of high-quality concrete. Using powerful twin shafts that counter rotate allows for fast mixing action, consistency and rapid discharge. It can handle mix designs with coarse aggregates.Especially for the high solid content product. The double shaft mixer, one shaft is with high speed dispersing running in a very fast speed to make the powder dissolving very fast,and the concentric anchor mixer run in a low speed around 50 rpm to rolling up the materials from bottom to the up , from the side to the middle to mix more efficiency. It with scrappers on the anchor mixer, when the material stick on the bottom and tank edges, this scrapper can scrapping it off. The double shaft mixer machine has floor type or platform type. Working volume can from 50L-5000L or even more big capacity.
